Operations Update: 04/12/2022
We thank you all for your continued support of Adaptive Yoga Northwest. We know everyone is excited to get back to in person classes ASAP. So are we!
The health and safety of our students and volunteers is our highest priority. We continue to believe the safest method of teaching for now is online. We hope to start in person classes agin in the near future when it is safe. Please join us for online classes for the time being. See below for class offerings and times.
