Operations Update: 09/02/2021
We thank you all for your continued support of Adaptive Yoga Northwest. We know everyone is excited to get back to in person classes ASAP. So are we!
The health and safety of our students and volunteers is our highest priority. We have made the decision to pause plans for in person classes until we are more certain of risk and safety. Please join us for online classes for the time being. See below for class offerings.
