Kelly Dorey

Adaptive Yoga Instructor

MA CCC-SLP, RYT-200

I am a practicing medical Speech Pathologist. I have been a yoga student for over 15 years and became an RYT-200 yoga teacher in 2014. I received training and continue to learn adaptive yoga methods with Matthew Sanford of Mind Body Solutions. I attempt to bring an understanding of the body to my students in addition to accessible spirituality very much rooted in real life. I try to speak with honesty about life’s little and big frustrations and how our practice on the mat is practice for real life. In addition to the physical yoga practice I hope to promote a deeper relationship with the heart and true self through alignment, breath, and investigation of our unique bodies. I am transformed by adaptive yoga and I love that in this modality we get to experiment and do yoga together!

Nicole Hamilton

Adaptive Yoga Instructor

RYT-200

I have been practicing yoga since 2010 and teaching since 2014. Grounded by breath, I offer a gentle, healing approach to even the most powerful yoga poses. I am trained in a variety of yoga styles – including hatha, yin and vinyasa. I have trained and continue to learn adaptive yoga methods with Matthew Sanford of Mind Body Solutions. When I am not teaching or on the mat myself I can be found in my South Seattle garden or exploring the mountains with my sweet dog, Astrid.
